Why we give.
Giving is an act of worship to God. God is generous to us and calls us to be as well. Everything we have has been given to us by God to steward. How we steward it shows where our hearts are at and helps proclaim the gospel. We want to joyfully glorify God with every area of our lives, and that starts with what we do with our finances.
Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver .
